ABOUT MARIN & GREGORY
Marin & Gregory is comprised of Bayard Marin, Daulton Gregory, as well as several legal assistants. The office is located in Wilmington, Delaware, in the historic Quaker Hill area. Bayard Marin founded the firm in 1988 to assist clients in handling legal matters in the areas of personal injury (including automobile accidents), worker’s compensation, medical malpractice, product liability, historic preservation, and slip and fall cases. Bayard Marin and Daulton Gregory are available to come to hospitals and homes for serious injuries and for the elderly.

OUR STORY
I have practiced personal injury law in Wilmington as a solo practitioner for the past 35 years. During that time, I have had many excellent associates, law, clerks, and legal assistants. Four years ago, Daulton Gregory started in my office as a law clerk while a student at the Delaware Law School. From the beginning, he demonstrated superior skills, zest for knowledge, and high motivation. He has developed into an extremely competent personal injury attorney.
Therefore, it is my pleasure to announce that we have formed an LLC for the practice of law as of January 1. The firm will be known as Marin & Gregory LLC.
We will continue to practice at 521 N. West St., Wilmington, DE 19801 and our phone number 302-658-4200 will remain the same. We look forward to many years of serving our clients with competence, dignity, and integrity.
